One of my most important initiatives is providing free condoms to Black girls and women, reminding them that they have the power to protect themselves. I started this effort because I was tired of seeing preventable struggles in my community--tired of the stigma, the lack of access, and the silence around safe sex. With laws restricting reproductive rights and access to reproductive healthcare, it's more critical than ever that we take control of our bodies and our choices.

 

Girl, Be Safe Inc. is about more than awareness--it's about action. It's about making sure Black Women have the resources, education, and support to protect themselves and their futures.
